Hello to all. Due to the recent COVID-19 virus all MfPD classes are now taking place on line via ZOOM. We have continued to move on line through this time of uncertainty in a safe and connected manner. New participants joining from as far as Canada and Florida! Join us in the comfort of your own environment for a lively and fun moving experience. There is no cost for the class participant and the care person. Participants must have a sturdy chair to move in and a space that allows for one to stretch and move around the chair in a comfortable manner. suspended until further notice.
Classes take place on Monday and Thursday morning from 10:00-11:15 with time at the end to connect as a community.

Our winter session is off to a grand start. Dancers come to class despite adverse weather conditions and parking challenges. Bravo! Burlington and Montpelier classes continue to explore a variety of improvisational structures and set movement phrases that enrich individual and group connection. We are beginning to work on our upcoming April Flash Mob (Church St) to honor World Parkinson’s Day. The winter session will end with the classes performing on the Flynn Center main stage May 11.
